BEAVER VALLEY' UNIT 2 - ONSITE REVIEW BY THE EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION (EQ) REVIEW TEAM In response to your letter dated May 23, 1986, we held a meeting with:your staff and contractor personnel on July 1,1986 in preparation for the EQ onsite review. Subsequent to the meeting, your staff agreed that the onsite.
- review will take. place from during November 17 to 21, 1986. Also, subsequent to the July meeting, a revised EQ report was submitted-by you on September 20, 1986.
The EQ review will be conducted by the following personnel: Harold Walker.of NRC, and H. L. Magleby and M. Trojovsky of EG&G Idaho, Incorporated. Please ensure that these personnel are granted the necessary security-passes for easy access.
We will be in touch with your staff (E.T. Eiimann and R. Martin) to work out additional details of this onsite review.
