During a vendor inspection at the Engine and Campmssor Division of Transamerica Delaval. Incorporated LTDI), it was detemined that: (1) planned cormctive actions are adequata; (2) detailed instructions for relocating the governor oil cooler, had not been mailed to all the sites; and (3) there was no Transamerica Delaval documentation regarding installation of the governor lube oil cooler onto the engine during the manufacturing / fabrication / assembly activities.

This subject is addmssed in the attached Vendor Inspection Report No. 99900334/82-02.

We consider this item closed; followup on the deficient areas will be accanplished during the routine inspection effort. Please contact us if you have any questions.
