Case 2:

Suppc cts fabricated in the shop shall be identified with a unique "E" neber to signity acceptace and provide traceability. An "E" number log shall be kept in the shop by the Electrical Department.

Durits final installation, a new identification number shall be marked per Case 1, Case 3, or Case 4.

Case 3:

Unit 2 supports for conduits which do not have unique numbers (i.e. -

neoweld system, vendor skid conduits,etc..) shall have conduit numbers assigned by the. P.F.G.

This number series shall start with l the neber 50000.

It shall also have a prefix of C-2ND.

When the craft needs a number for such a conduit, they shall supply the PFC with the conduit size the conduit end points and l

the approximate x, y, z coordinates of the end points.

The PFG, in turn, shall log the data and assign the next consecutive number for the conduit (i.e., C-2ND50000; C2ND50001; Q

C-2ND50002, etc...).

The conduit support shall now be numbered per Case 1 above.

Case 4:

Supports for conduits which have unique conduit numbers and for condu'its which do not have nebers assigned to them may be identified as follows:

XXXX - YYYY - ZZZZ - 01 Indicates approximate XYZ Indicates sequential support No.

building coordinate rounded when two or more supports have the of f to a whole number.

same XYZ coordinate.

NOIE: Since plant site coordinates for a specific conduit locat io n t

l cannot be duplicated between Unit I and Unit 2, it is not required to note unit nebers on supports but it should l:

always be noted on Operation Traveler. This case may only be used for conduits / supports for Unit 1, Common and for conduit / supports installed in Unit 2 prior to March 10, 1984.
