Failure to Provide Revised Drawinos 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion VI requires that drawings

affecting quality, including changes, be distributed and used at the location where the prescribed activity is performed.

Hcuston Lighting and Power Company, Quality Assurance Plan, Section 3.3.6 requires that transmitting and receiving of drawings be controlled to preclude possible use of outdated drawings.

Contrary to the above:

On April 18, 1978, four outdated reactor containment drawings (Nos. 1-C-1509-3, 1-C-1510-3, 1-C-1511-2 and 1-C-1512-2) were

Brown and Root Procedure QCp-4.5, Section 5.7.1 requires that Quality Control personnel use record prints as sign offs to identify the inspections and verifications performed.

Contrary to the above:
