2 TVA concluded that t.he personnel safety and raaintenance aspects of the employee concern were valic. Modifications to these doors under ECN-5855 are egected te sche these problems.

IV. Cenclusion The IGC staff belines that the TVA investigation of the concern was adequate, and their resolution of the concern as described in Element Report OP 30114 is acceptable for restart.
