Surrarycf[ssue The problem as defined by TVA is the adequacy of drawing revisions to reflect changes for the substituted / replaced equipment or material transferred, and the acequacy Jf documentation and drawing genarction/

revisicn for the transfer of Unit 2 pressure differential trant.mitters 2-FDT-30-42, 2-F07-30-43, 2-PDT-30-44 and 2-P07-30-45 to Sequoyah fron Watts Ear.

11!. Evaluatien TVA reviewed applicable quality control, inspection, maintenance, and administrative instruction and procedures, contract documents, purchase requiritions, shipping orders, receipt inspection reports, surveillance reports, and interviewed knowledgeable personnel from maintenance, design support, power stores, and quality assurance.

The TVA procedures, instruction, and various other documents reviewed address all espects covering the prucessing of documents and the revisico of drawings to reflect transfers of material and equipment from the original cestinatiun to another locaticn, unit or plant.

TVA concluded that the perceived problem of inadequate documentation to reflect changes for substituted / replaced equipment or material transferred is not valid. TVA also concludeo that the perceived problem of inadequate documentation and drawing revisions for the transfer of 2-POT-30-42, 2 PDT-30-43, 2-FOT-30-44 and 2-PDT-30-45 to SQN from WBN is not valid.

During the original Generic Concern Task Force (GCTF) investigation of the subject concerns associated cases of missing documentation for material transferred to Sequoayh were discovered. TVA has initiated Coriective Actiun Tracking Document (CATO) No. 4C201-SQN-01 to correct documentation ciscrepancies.

IV. Conclusions The NRC inspectors reviewed the Element Report and its associated ECTG file, and discussed the issues with the ECTG evaluator and Sequoyah personnel.

The NRC staff agrees with the TVA fincings and conclusions regarding the adequacy of the existing procedures, and instructions, covering the handling of documents, and updating of drawings affected by material and equipment transfers, addressed in Element Report C0 40201-SCN, Rev. 4

      • ho further action by the NRC is required,
