Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 91 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in tha above-captioned matter.
This Amendment revises the Final Safety Analysis Report (Revision 53) by making changes to the text, organization tables and figures to accurately reflect corporate and onsite management as of June 1,
1988, by providing updated qualifications of key personnel and by making changes to reflect improvements in the Limerick training program.
Revision 53 also serves to update the FSAR to assure the infonnation in the FSAR for Limerick Unit 1 is current, as provided in Section 50.71 of the Commission's regulations.
This filing consists of an original and 10 copies of Amendment No. 91 to the License Application and 10 copies of Revision 53 to the Final Safety Anslysis Report.
