REPORT NOS. 50-413/87-42 AND 50-414/87-42 Thank you for your response of February 10, 1988, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 11, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Catawba facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets th; requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of. yoar corrective actions during future inspections.
After reviewing your letter, we agree with your conclusion in paragraph B of the response. There was not a failure to report the event to the Commission in a Special Report within 30 days.
We will revise our records accordingly.
Enclosed is a revised copy of the Notice of Violation to update your records.
