ORDER EXTENDING PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE EXPIRATION DATE General Electric Company.and Southwest Atomic Energy Associates P

having filed a request dated December 29, 1971, for an extension of the expiration date of Provisional Operating-License No. DR-15 which author-izes the possession and operation of the Southwest Experimental Fast Oxide Reactor (SEFOR), a sodium-cooled experimental reactor, at thermal power levels not to exceed 20 megawatts located in Coves Creek Township, Washington County, Arkansas; and, Good cause having been shown in the application for this extension pursuant to paragraph 4 of said license and Part 50 of the Commission's regulations in 10 CFR, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the expiration date of Provisional Operating License No. DR-15 is extended from March 4, 1972 to September 4, 1973.
