- expiration date of Provisional Operating License No. DR-15 which author-izes the possession and operation of the Southwest Experim' ental Fast Oxide Reactor (SEFOR), a sodium-cooled experimenta1' reactor, at thermal power levels not to exceed 20 megawatts located in Coves Creek Township, Washington County, Arkansas, and good cause having been shown in the application for this extension pursuant to 10 CFR, Section 50.57(d) of l
