This request is submitted in accordance with the provlsions of 10 ':FR Part 50, Section 50.90 The proposed changes add additional regulrements ts c the

- Technical Specification for additional fire protection and detection equipment installed in the new building which house-the two new safeguarde emergency diesel generators and associated equipment.
