MOTION TO ESTABLISH SCHEDULE FOR HEARINGS Florida Power & Light Company (" Licensee") hereby files its Motion to Establish Schedule for Hearings. In support i

j of its Motion, the Licensee states the following:

! 1. In a Memorandum and Order dated September I

! 24, 1985, the Licensing Board admitted Joette Lorion and i the Center for Nuclear Responsibility, Inc. (collectively referred to as "Intervenors") as a party to this proceeding.

, Additionally, the Board accepted for litigation one of the Intervenors' proposed contentions, as modified by the Board.

2. The Licensee believes that the following 3

Given the nature of the issues involved and the fact that the increased fuel enrichment proceeding encompasses only one contention in addition to the seven contentions admitted in the spent fuel pool expansion proceeding, the Licensee believes that identical schedules for the two proceedings are compatible and that hearings in the spent fuel pool expansion proceeding could commence shortly after the close of the record in the increased fuel enrichment proceeding.
