INTERVENORS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION O_T TIME TO TILE APPEA pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.711, Intervenors, the Center for Nuclear Responsibility and Joette Lorion, hereby file this Motion for Extension of Time to file their Appeal Brief in the above captioned proceeding.

Intervenors hereby request that this Appeal Board grant them an extension of time of five days until March 5, 1990, to file their Appeal Brief in this proceeding. .In support of this Motion for Extension of Time Intervanors list the following good cause reasons:

1) Intervenor, Jostte Lorion, a research consultant by profession is representing herself and the center pro se in this proceeding. Intervenor Lorion has been involved with family health matters which have interfered with her ability to meet her committments to her clients and have caused her to extend some impacted Ms. Lorion's deadlines.
