Adjudications in Materials and Operator Licensing Proceedings." This proceeding concerns a denial by NRC Staff of Mr. Tetrick's senior reactor operator's license application and Mr Tetrick's request for a hearing pursuant to 10 C.F.R. Section 2.103.
