Complete In a letter dated January 20, 1989, the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company proposed Technical Specification (TS) changes relating to an auxiliary feedwater actuation delay time for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2.

We have reviewed the proposed changes and supporting evaluation and find them acceptable, provided the licensee revises the TS bases and the FSAR to reflect consistency with TS Table 3.3-5 in the application of water travel time. This is further discussed in our enclosed safety evaluation report.

This completes the staff's effort on TAC Nos. 72075 and 72076. A SALP input is also enclosed.
