i Here is the box of material regarding Diablo Canyon which we discussed on the telephone Friday. You will note that this represents the sub-missions of the Office of Inspection and Enforcement (IE), the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), and the. Office of the Executive Legal Director (ELD). After you have reviewed the material please advise if we can be of further assistance to you.
For your infomation, say office is the official liaison with Justice in criminal matters. The reason you dealt with ELD in the past is that they were already working on North Anna at the time ny office was created and it was preferable to pemit them to continue to handle it.
I bel'leve I explained this to you at our conference in April.
We are also available to assist you on any other matters of interest that might arise.
