I declined.
He asked the reason for my interest and I explained that DIA was reviewing the NRC

Investigation NUREG 0862 and I had been concerned at the lack of conclusions and recommendations, which I had regarded as a deficiency until he sent me the December 22, 1981, transcript.
I told him I did not know what we will be doing with the 'infor-mation, i.e., that apparently there was no vote.
I thanked him for getting back to me with the information he had obta'ned.
