JUSTICE REQUEST REGARDING DIABLO CANYON Per our discussion with you and interested 0'ffice Directors this morning, this is to request that, in order to furnish an appropriate report to i
Justice in the Diablo Canyon fault matter it is requested that NRR and IE prepare a chronological sumary of the history and handling of the fault matter within their offices. Documents should be referenced, quoted and furnished as needed to present a fair and complete sumary.
In my view we should lean on the side of making this presentation as complete as possible so as to avoid any later charge of withholding relevant material.
l In addition to the chron61ogical sumaries, we would appreciate receiving any additional background information and material that will assist Justice in evaluating the matter.
We also would appreciate having the names of IE and hRR personnel to serve as liaison in the preparation of the report.
