Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552, I am requesting access to construction-related contracts awarded at the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Plants No. 1 and 2 fr_om 1988 to present. Construction-related includes mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pipe fitting, and fire protection, as well as maintenance contracts related to these services. In effect, I would like to know who the on-site contractor has been for these services and what their contract covers.
If there are fees fu ending or copying the records I have requested, please s q.p y the requested documents without informing me if the fees do not exceed $200.00.
