Request for Additional Information - RR (EPID L-2019-LLR-0103)," dated March 10, 2020 In the Reference 1 letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC), requested relief from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, "Rules for lnservice Inspection of Nuclear Power Plant Components." This relief request applied to the fourth 10-year interval lnservice Inspection (ISi) program, which concluded on December 31, 2018 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3. In the Reference 2 email, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission requested additional information.

In that Relief Request, EGC requested relief from inspections of Emergency Service Water (ESW) component supports (Examination Category F-A, Item Number F1 .40 (Component ID OAP57-SC, OBP57-SC)). Upon further review, EGC is withdrawing this portion of the relief request. All other aspects of the Reference 1 submittal are unaffected by this specific withdrawal.
