Particular inquiry will focus on your Affidavit of July 22, 1981, wl}ich was attached to Palmetto Alliance's Petition to Intervene and on Palmetto Alliance's Responses to Applicants Interrogatories con-cerning Contention 6. (N. B. Palmetto Alliance filed two sets of Responses dated April 28, 1982, and April 19, 1983, respectively).
Your deposition will be taken with regard to your interest in tihis proceeding and your knowledge of. Contention 6 and the factual basis in support thereof.
