" Response To Board Question And Motion Regarding Security Contention No.
23," dated May 10, 1982.
The Licensing Board in its Memorandum and Order of March 5, 1982, indicated that it would " hear from the other parties and consider what further procedures are appropriate" if Palmetto Alliance

indicated a desire to proceed with the security contention.
See Memorandum and Order at p. 39.
Inasmuch as Palmetto Alliance has indicated a desire to proceed with the security contention, Applicants hereby notify the Board that they will respond to, and comment on, Palmetto Alliance's May 10 document.
Given the importance of the issue, and the fact that the Board has other matters in this proceeding presently 3
