The deposition will relate to Palmetto Alliance Contention 6 which was admitted by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in its Order of December 1, 1982. Particular inquiry will focus on your Affidavit of July 22, 1981, which was attached to Palmetto Alliance's Petition to Intervene and on Palmetto Alliance's Responses to Applicants' Interrogatories con-cerning Contention 6. (N. B. Palmetto Alliance filed two sets of Responses dated April 28, 1982, and April 19, 1983, respectively).
Your deposition will be taken with regard to your interest in this proceeding and your knowledge of Contention 6 and the factual basis in support thereof.
