Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Onits 1 and 2" In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment to Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SQN Units 1 and 2. In response to the referenced letter, the proposed change incorporates the overtime limit requirements provided in Generic Letter 82-16. The change also includes position title changes and approval authority changes for procedures and modifications to Section 6.0 of the TSs and corrects oversights from previous changes. The oversight corrections include the deletion of the Operations Superintendent from the composition of the Plant Operations Review Committeo and the deletion of the requirement to report changes to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual in the Monthly Operating Report. Other generic changes to Section 6.0 are being held pending NRC issuance of generie. guidance on the administrative section of TSs.

The proposed TS change is identified in Enclosure 1. The justification for the proposed TS change is provided in Enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.
