Thank you for your letter of May 30, 1991', setting forth CASE's.
views regarding Mr.
R. Mickey Dow's motion to quash a subpoena issued to him by the NRC Staff, and responding to allegations made against CASE in that motion.

Shortly after receiving your letter, I attempted to contact you.
However, I was unsuccessful.
I-did reach Mrs. Ellis, and informed i
her that if CASE wishes its views to be considered - by the 1
Commission in ruling on Mr. Dow's motion, CASE should file a' notion for leave to file a_respons'e directly with the Commission. 'Your letter to me does not constitute a filing with the Commission.

will, however, forward a copy of your letter to the appropriate 3
section of the agency for inclusion in the Comanche Peak docket in-l the Commission's public document room.
