Dear Mr. Sholly:
This is in further response to your letter dated February 16, 1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, three categories of records pertaining to the TMI Action Plan Tracking System.
We responded to category A of your request by letter dated March 5, 1982.
At this time, we are placing records subject to categories B and C of your request, as identified on the enclosed appendix, in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
These records will be filed in folder F0!A-82-103 under your name.
With regard to category B, we are providing a draft of the fifth iteration

of the TMI Action Plan Tracking System since a final version has not yet been prepared. References to pending schedule changes appear throughout the draft.
However, no recommendations on schedule changes have been submitted to the Commission for approval as of this date.
With regard to category C, this is to inform you that much of the effort to develop and direct the TMI Action Plan Tracking System was conducted in an informal manner by NRC's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and Office of Management and Program Analysis, and only a relatively small number of pertinent records were created or retained.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on March 22, 1982, you clarified that the scope of category C of your request was limited to records directly relating to the tracking system and not records relating to the TMI Action Plan, such as records being generated in regard to a memorandum by Mr. William Dircks dated November 4,1981 directing program offices to reassess both priority and deadlines for TMI Action Plan items.
As agreed, however, we are providing a copy of that memor um W.l{f a as identified on the enclosed appendix.
