Please review tnis copy to insure that the APTS accurately reflects the responsibilities assigned to your respective office.
This copy consists of the September APTS information, plus any channec eceived by MPA as of November 1,1981.
(The proposed changes recenti, 34aitted to MPA to be 4
sent to the Commission for approval will probably not be approved in time for this update, but the entries will be appropriately annotated.)
Updated sheets should be returned to MPA by c.o.b. Friday, January 15, 19L?.
Update instructions and APTS sheets are attached to facilitate this update.

UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS I
Individual action items are to be distributed to the appropriate task manager having lead responsibility on an item. All item subelements are to be updated.
All material should be examined for accuracy and relevance. The stahis and flag items should be checked to ensure conformity with the definition of each. MPA will not change the status and flag indicators without checking with you or the individual assigned lccd responsibility on the item (s) in question.
Updates are to be submitted to MPA no later than c.o.b. January 15.
Please verify lead office contact name, branch, division, and exchange on all active items.
Completion date should reflect the month and year in which the task will

be completed according to the current schedule.
Completed update forms should be sent to Mike King, MNBB 12704.
