REVIEW OF ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE TRACKING SYSTEM TO ENSURE ADEQUATE QA AHD UPDATE FOR RELEASE BY 17 OCTOBER 1980 TO THE COM1ISSION Enclosed is the most recent version of the Action Plan tracking system to which you have contributed. Please review the material with which you have direct involvement.
Each Project Manager should check to see that the title adequately reflects the action item activity, that the branch and division of the responsible office are reflected next to their name (contact name), and that the name and number used are those that are desired. Schedule changes, if any, should also be reflected, along with changes in accom-l plishments, status, and issues, j
Additionally, a one-word status is desirable for the left-hand margin underneath the action item ntsaber. The words are as follows:
COMPLETE the item is completed as was stated in the Action i
Plan and is now incorporated into the operating plan j
of the involved offices INACTIVE no schedule has been established to this date; the item is not to be worked on until some future date, and no activity is occurring at this time GREEN the implementation of the item is developing as planned, with no foreseeable difficulties YELLOW potential problems developing with schedules, support, I
or resources.
Future RED item without attention RED items of importance due to the difficulties which exist in implementation, scope, resources (NRC or industry). The EDO will be notified of the status, p of these items.
