SUBJECT:
TMI ACTION PLAN TRACKING The Comission has requested that we track implementation of the TMI Action Plan. This tracking is a part of the Decision Unit Tracking System (DUTS),

About six weeks ago my staff requested that your program support staffs verify and correct, where needed, proposed TMI Action Plan tracking formats (the proposed fomats for your office are attached). To date, we have gotten no feedback on these famats from your staff.
l In order to be able to give the Comission accurate infomation on the t
status of the Action Plan we must establish what action plan items you l
are working on and when the activity will be complete. We must also I
know what originally planned accomplishments you are not doing because of resources you are transferring to the Action Plan.
Please provide the information we need no later than July 14, so that it can be incorporated in our next DUTS update.
