This event was determined to be reportable on July 21 after discussion with Region III staff. It was determined at that time that a 4-hour ENS notification under 10 CFR 50, Section 50.72 was not appropriate since the event occurred several days earlier and the charging pump and the containment isolation valve had been returned to normal.
