JOINT INTERVENORS' THIRD SET OF INTERROGATORIES INTERROGA'IORY NO. 77 ANSWER Part of the PGandE public information program involving publication of an Emergency Information Booklet for residents in the San Luis Obispo emergency planning zone has been delayed due to slippage in the County Board of Supervisors' approval of the Emergency Plan.

PGandE originally projected a publication date of February 1, 1982.

The delay is expected to amount to 30 to 60 days.

GOVERNOR BROWN'S FIRST SET OF INTERROGA'IORIES INTERROGA'IORY NO. 10(g) and JOINT INTERVENORS' THIRD SET OF INTERROGATORIES INTERROGATORY NO. 78 ANSWER Previously PCandE indicated that it intended to have a full scale test of the entire Early Warning System - probably in November 1981 and, in any event, prior to full power operation. NRC and FEMA have recently indicated that they will not require a full scale test, at least until August or September 1982, to conform with the environ-mental conditions of PGandE's county permit.
