Instructions

1. Each interrogatory is to be answered separately and fully in writing under oath or affirmation by the officer of, employee of, or consul-tant to the Applicant who has personal knowledge thereof.

2. In case of an objection, the reasons for the objection shall be stated in full.

3. Answers to these interrogatories are due October 3, 1986.

1. Identify and supply all documents, including but not limited to reports, analyses, meeting sunnaries, memorandums, and portions thereof, relied upon to evaluate the alternatives to high density re-racking of the spent fuel pools at Diablo Canyon nuclear plant.

2. Identify and supply all information and documents relied upon to evalu-ate dry cask on-site, storage as an alternative to high density re-racking.

3. Supply the cost-benefit assessment done by P.G. & E. on re-racking and alternatives to it. (referred to in Reracking of Spent Fuel Pools, Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2, September,1985) ,
