We have received your letter dated September 11, 1981 regarding procedures and training for station blackout events.

In that letter ycu committed to having procedures in place and operator training conducted to respond to a station blackout event (complete loss of onsite and offsite AC power) by September 30, 1981. This schedule is responsive to the staff's request and is acceptable.

The staff also acknowledges your intention to implement permanent procedures.

and conduct the corresponding operator training in accordance with the schedule presented in your original response dated June 9, 1981, to generic letter 81-04.
