SUPPLEMENT TO FIRST REQUEST kOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS TO THE NRC STAFF FILED BY GOVERNOR EDMUND G. BRGWN JR.

On August 7, 1981, Governor Brown served on the NRC Staff his first document production request. Governor Brown hereby supplements that request by inclusion of the following additional paragraph:

Governor Brown's request for production of documents to the NRC Staff is continuing in nature. Accordingly, if after the response time for this production request, the NRC Staff discovers or comes to possess or have custody or control over any additional documents falling within the scope of these requests, including the possession, custody or control of any contractor, employee, consultant or agent of the Staff, those documents should promptly be provide Governor Brown for inspection and copying.
