Dear Bob:

Charles A. Baskerville has reviewed the preliminary geologic data and made a brief field inspection of the proposed Carroll County Station Site. He concludes that except for a few minor aspects of engineering geology, for which adequate remedial techniques are available, there are no geologic features or anticipated problems that would preclude the use of the Carroll County site for construction of a nuclear power plant.
