1 There have been no material changes with respect to the Carroll County Project since the submission of our letter to tho Board, dated July 30, 1982. The Ccmpany has not modified the projected in-service dates for the Carroll County Units. In addition, the circumstances associated with the possible withdrawal from the project of one of Edison's prospective joint owners, have not changed signifi-cantly since our earlier report.
