This letter is submitted on behalf of Commonwealth Edison Company (Edison) pursuant to the Board's request for a quarterly status report on developments in this proceed-ing.
9 There have been no material changes with respect 1
1 to the Carroll County Project since the submission of our letter to tho Board, dated July 30, 1982.
The Ccmpany has not modified the projected in-service dates for the Carroll County Units.
In addition, the circumstances associated with the possible withdrawal from the project of one of Edison's prospective joint owners, have not changed signifi-cantly since our earlier report.
