Dear Mr. Miller:
After a closer examination of the Carroll County Nuclear Station Alternate Transmission Assessment Report (July, 1981). it appears that additional information ought to be included anc that some clarification is needed.
To achieve this, my staff is preparing a revised report which should be completed not later than cob September 11, 1981.
In a phone conversation cn August 25, 1961, Mr. James H.
Wilson of your staff has indicated that this revi6 ion will not cause the NRC any significant problems.
Please treat the July submission ac a preliminary report.
