By letter dated August 31, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18243A489), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon),

Oyster Creek Environmental Protection, LLC (OCEP) and Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) (the Applicants) submitted an Application for Order Approving Direct Transfer of Renewed Facility Operating License and General License and Proposed Conforming License Amendment for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek) and the Oyster Creek Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.

Attached is the proposed mark-up of the conforming amendment specific to Cover Pages of Appendix A and Appendix B of the License associated with the above proposed licensing action. Please review the attached file and provide any comments to me as soon as possible.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this email will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of ADAMS.
