CDI - Comprehensive Decommissioning International, A Holtec and SNC-Lavalin Company have allowed numerous issues (above). The resolution of all of these illegal activities should be finalized prior to consideration of license transfer of Oyster Creek Generating Station. With the numerous legal obligations caused by the above, Holtec should be required to post bond to ensure decommissioning funds are used appropriately and if funding expires, Ocean County is not left having to generate funding for decommissioning completion via its tax base.

CDI as a business has numerous subsidiaries. This alone should cause concern major concern when it comes to the transfer of a Federal License and the responsibility of storing and maintaining the spent nuclear fuel.

Ocean County cannot afford an incident like the one that has occurred at San Onofre.

The USNRC need to carefully examine CDI, Holtec and SNC-Lavelin prior to allowing the transfer of the Oyster Creek License and spent nuclear fuel, stored on site.

Numerous Licensed individuals at Oyster Creek site have concerns about the sale of Oyster Creek to CDI.
