Dear Mr. Hanson:
Enclosed is a copy of the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) with the associated Environmental Assessment (EA) related to Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) exemption request dated November 30, 2018. The proposed action would exempt HDI, from requirements in Sections 50.82(a)(8)(i)(A) and 50.75(h)(1)(iv) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations related to the use of funds from the decommissioning trust fund for irradiated fuel management activities and site restoration for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
The FONSI with the associated EA is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
