TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA) - FORM CN 1112 - DYE TRACE REGISTRATION Enclosed is the completed form CN 1112, Dye Trace Registration, for dye testing to be conducted at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. Testing is scheduled to begin the week ofFebruary 18, 2019 Tests will beconducted using about one gallon ofdye to investigate a possible pipe leak atthe Condenser Cooling Water (CCW) intake. The dye is expected to dissipate before reaching the Tennessee River.
