CAUSE DESCRZPTZOH (Continued) cushion needle valve to bypass some of the trapped air. Zn addition, a special test, was performed to check the sizing of the air accumulator and it was found that the accumulator was under-sized. A Plant Change/Modification has been performed to increase the accumulator volume for both MSZV's.
