He put B boric acid pump in and declared A pump inoperable.

4 (T.S. 3. 2. 3b) Investigation showed suction valve partly closed. Valve was immediate ly reopened. lt was found that during normal sampling a H.P. technlclan had throttled the valve and apparently reopened it.
