During an as-built print verification inspection of, restraints on CCW piping, our A/E vendor reported that four seismic restraints were installed at the wrong locations. Tivo restraints were interchanged on two 8" CCH lines running parallel about 2 feet apart. Two other restraints were mistakenly installed on 4" CCll piping of similar configuration, but at a different azimuthal portion of the CCi< system is non-safety related, but was designed to be location.'his seismically restrained due to an adjacent 1" fill line for a Safety Injection Tank (accumulator). Assuming a seismic event and LOCA, the 1" fill line, ruptured, would. have no significant effect on the Safety Injection Tank- operation if and very little effect on the Safety Injection Header that it is attached to.
