EVENT DESCRIPTION (continued) a refueling outage.

The breaker to valve 2301-4 will be inspected and its contacts cleaned during the Unit-2 outage currently underway. This is the first reported failure of thi~ type on valve 2301-4. (050-237/1976-9)

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (continued) update report will be submitted. The breaker is a General Electric 480V AC circuit breaker, model no. TEF136M1025.
