Narrow range level instrument was re.ading approximately 2 inches and oscillating.

DESCRIPTION OF CAUSE Due to problems with HPCI System, HPCI turbine was run for.an extended period of time, causing water level in torus to increase.

  • otHER APPLICABLE INFORMATION HPCI turbine secured and torus was pumped to hotwell. Final wide range torus level was-4 inches.

Final local sight glass level was - 3~ inches.* Final narrow range level was - 6 inches. A (OVER)
