Facility: Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station Docket No.: 50-271 Date/Time: March 17, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.

Purpose:

The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with Entergy to discuss NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station for calendar year 2004. NRCs assessment is documented in a letter dated March 2, 2005. The meeting is also intended to provide an opportunity for the NRC to engage interested stakeholders in discussions on Entergys performance at Vermont Yankee and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations. Meeting Notice is re-issued to correct the site name on page two of Notice.
