Per request from the NRC staff, please find attached the documents that summarize Generic Safety Issue (GSI)-191 chemical effects bench top and tank testing performed at the University of New Mexico. This testing supports the STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) pilot application for a risk-informed methodology for the resolution of GSI-1 91. The staff indicated that CHLE-001, 002, 003, 004, 009, 011, and 013 need not be submitted. CHLE-017 is not attached since it is already available in ADAMS (ML13098A511).
