Docket No. 50-206 Amendment Application No. 119 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and forty conformed copies of Amendment Application No. 119 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13. Amendment Application No. 119 consists of Proposed Change No. 134 which is a revision to Section 3, "Contents and Conditions" of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13.
Proposed Change No. 134 is a request to revise Section 3, "Contents and Conditions" to include a new Condition 3.3, "Integrated Living Schedule of Backfits." The license condition will require SCE to establish a plan for managing capital backfits. The license condition will require SCE to maintain current revisions of schedules, to update the schedules semi-annually and to submit the revised schedules to the NRC.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, Amendment Application No. 119 consisting of Proposed Change No. 134 is determined to constitute a Class II amendment.
Accordingly, SCE's check in the amount of $1,200.00 is enclosed.
