Purpose of the Meeting

Leadership

Oversight NFPA 805

  • Remaining work will be managed similar to an outage
  • Work will be directed from a Project Command Center with dedicated resources
  • Daily updates on project status to ONS leadership is being incorporated into the normal plant operational status reviews
  • Schedule will continuously undergo line management challenge to validate logic, adequacy of task assignments and removal of barriers
  • Emergent Issues Manager role included to address project challenges
